I had SmartLipo under my chin and neck the first week of June, and the whole experience — consult, surgery, aftercare — exceeded what I expected going in. Everyone here is professional and friendly, and I genuinely felt like a VIP patient the whole way through. Very happy with my results and would recommend Finesse for any cosmetic treatment.

Been coming to Finesse for a while now, and it’s better than ever under new owner Kim. It looks like a high-end cosmetic surgery office without the high-end cost. The staff is amazing and professional, and Madison at the front desk always welcomes me with warm smiles and kind words. I recently did Ultherapy on my lower face and neck — Rachel was so kind and made me comfortable through the whole thing (I’m a big baby, but honestly it wasn’t bad at all). Results are supposed to take 3–6 months but I can already feel some tightening around my jawline. So happy I did it — Finesse and the staff make it easy.

If I could go back in time, here’s what I’d tell myself: being overweight doesn’t mean you can’t use the technology out there to reduce body fat and contour the areas that bother you — laser liposuction isn’t reserved for people who are already in great shape. Beyond looking better, you’ll feel better, and that shift in attitude can be the push you need to finally get on track. It’s not cost-prohibitive either — I was offered zero-percent financing for a year. My whole experience here was wonderful from start to finish: the office staff was friendly, helpful, even protective; the medical staff was attentive and professional; and my post-op care was handled by someone kind, caring, and clearly skilled. I felt looked after by everyone, at a point when I really needed it, and this practice helped me turn things around in a way I couldn’t do alone. The journey continues.

Recently had Botox and a CO2 laser treatment here. Dr. Kruy did my Botox and thoroughly assessed my goals before injecting — friendly and attentive to my concerns about aftercare and precautions. He also did CO2 laser on a large, pigmented scar, and clearly walked me through the treatment process, being honest and setting realistic expectations given how deep the scar was. His nurse Joanna did the laser procedure and was friendly, checking in multiple times to make sure I was comfortable. Overall the staff was welcoming and professional, and the office was very clean.

Really happy with my laser hair removal on my beard — I only need to shave about once a month now, and it still grows in evenly like I shaved daily. Between three jobs I have to make the most of my time, and honestly the investment has practically paid for itself in time saved on shaving and barber visits alone. Took 11 sessions total and my hair barely grows back now — friends assumed I was shaving every day until I told them my secret two years later. Thanks to the team for the great work and professionalism. I’ll add that following their aftercare advice — sunscreen, moisturizer after sessions, no exercise or shaving right after, keeping other products off my skin — made a real difference in my results, alongside knowing I might need touch-ups down the line as I get older.

Had smart laser lipo done in November of last year and I absolutely love my results eight months out.
